Provided by YP.comTheir truck drivers seem quite competent. But first you have to have them actually arrive on site. I second the comments below about their terrible customer service: unreliable, untruthful, and the CSRs on the phone mostly just blow you off with empty promises. While our tanks slowly empty this month, we have experienced two missed refill dates and a total failure to call us back after three left messages. We now are only heating one zone in our 5-zone house, trying to save gas until, what? . . . they show up? Looks like pie in the sky. We will be finding another propane provider asap.

Provided by YP.comI have been trying to get them to deliver me a tankfull of propane for nearly 4 weeks.. They have had payment for over a week and I still haven't gotten any propane. I think the staff has taken their phone off the hook because after the first call this morning it's been busy. I don't understand.

Provided by YP.comThe behavior of their office women is deplorable. I brought in a question regarding a quote I received that was different from the total bill and one of them got so upset that she had to repeat herself that she started yelling at me, she cursed at me, and she threatened to have me removed from the property. The other woman chimed in that I was not on my fiance's account so "technically, they shouldn't even be talking to me." Guess that didn't occur to them the other five times I called for the account or that I pay the bill. They also threatened to call the service guy to have him come back out and remove all the piping he just laid and to move my tank back to where it was. The manager is reasonable and reduced my bill to match the quote but the women in the front office have an instability of some sorts that needs to be seriously evaluated by the manager. Their actions would not last long in my clinic.

Provided by YPmobileMountain Propane has been our propane provider for 12 years. Could not be more pleased with their service. A few months ago we were having trouble with our propane kitchen fireplace. Two service people came to the house, found the problem quickly and serviced the fireplace. They were so professional and answered any questions we had. Just wish all companies were this good.
