Wonderful orthodontist with a wonderful staff. Willing and able to accommodate tight family schedules, strained budgets, nervous first-time patients, tough cases etc. Dr Hubbell's 'bedside manner' is great; you feel listened to and he explains complicated things in simple terms (great for kids/teens). He is careful with your teeth, ensuring that they are moved at the safest pace/replaces broken brackets immediately/taking late night concern calls etc. His staff are welcoming and are instantly invested in your life, caring much more about you than the average medical office. Cannot recommend their practice as a whole more highly.

Horrible! They chipped 2 of my teeth without even acknowledging it. They scheduled me an appointment when they weren't even open. They never take into consideration anything I say. If you are an adult, I recommend going elsewhere because this place is clearly for kids who don't know how to stick up for themselves! BEWARE
