Friday: ice skating rink at Riverview Plaza; opening ceremony 6 p.m.; snowman making championship, 7-9 p.m.; entertainment, 7 p.m. Saturday: Snowman decorating and ice skating, games, noon-5 p.m.; waitstaff relay race, 3 p.m.; entertainment and pub crawl, 7 p.m. Downtown St. Clair. Free; charge for some activities. Saturday and Sunday; Feb. 4, 5 and 6 Chilly Fest. Saturday and Sunday: Ice sculpture viewing, face painting, children's crafts, skating rink, downtown Port Huron.
