My belongings were severely damaged at Houtz Storage. I had 25 pieces of items (leather belts, bags, and boots; clothes, hats, and lots more) that grew mold at Houtz storage due to water damage in one of the storage units. When I brought my items and requested for a cleaning to salvage some of the items, and to replace those that are unsalvagable, the owner, Mr. Houtz was very hostile, beligerant, and violent. I'm glad that I took a friend because I actually feared for my life when he got physically close to me (inches away), and was screaming at me and wagging his finger. I am allergic to mold and had an asthma attack for two days after carrying the boxes and bags into my apartment not realizing that many items in the bag had millions of mold spores. So, beware when you use this storage.
