every time i walk in there i dont feel hessitent to ask where something is, and when i do ask them they dont just point to it they walk to it with me, just yesterday i went in there and i bought 2 boxies of nails from them,(im building a fort for my little brother), i also like that they have a "FREE WOOD" box out frount, i never got to get any but im allmost positive that my little brother, my mom, and i are going to look at whats in the free wood box because i dont have any more wood and i spent the rest of my money on nails yester. if you ever need anything that has to do with wood and i guess handyman work then you should go to arrow lumber because its the best and nicest store i have been to so far.
