We knew nothing about soundproofing and had spoken to three other companies before speaking to Sonic-Shield. We felt we had been given the "run around" which is why we were still looking for help. Sonic-Shield's website is what drew us to them and they backed up everything they said on their website in terms of treating us as individuals and making us feel like we were the only problem they were dealing with. We rate products as 5 stars because they had what we needed to solve OUR problem. We rate service as 5 stars because they don't let us select more than that. They were great people to deal with and the best thing about it is that we live over 1000 miles away from them and they still solved our problem!
