Provided by YP.comI'm really disappointed with their ethics. I purchased a floral arrangement of roses for Valentines Day 2012 for my mom in-law and then a couple days later the guy from Flowers by Susan calls me to say the flowers I purchased are now instead of 59.95 they are 79.95 !!! WTF, I ALREADY PURCHASED THESE AND PAID FOR THEM !! They can increase their prices going forward BUT THEY SHOULD HONOR MY PURCHASE PRICE !!! So I cancelled my order on principal and will NEVER PURCHASES FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
