Greg from AC Express responded to my call within a half hour which was surprising compared to most service calls you usually have to wait 4-12 hours before they respond. Not only did he honestly diagnose the problem but he had the correct part on his truck , had me repaired, up and running and was on his way with in an hour . We have used him on several occasions and he is always quick, Honest and reliable. Based on info we found on line his pricing is extremely fair and honest.You couldn't ask for better. During the recent cold snap, my heat thermostat stopped working. Luckily Greg Chapdelaine of A/C Express & Heating was able to come right out and fix the problem. He was professional and explained everything in an understandable manner as well as being reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him for any of your heating or a/c needs.
