EmailMorningside Elementary School provides a range of educational services to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academies curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, English, mathematics, social studies, science and physical education. The school also offers exceptional student education, before- and after-school care, drug abuse resistance education, math super stars, the enrichment wheel and gifted education programs. Each month, it honors students are selected for citizen of the month and students taking action responsibly titles. In addition, students in grades three through five are brought together on a quarterly basis in order to recognize them for perfect attendance, honor roll and principal s honor roll. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts a range of fundraising events. Based in St. Lucie, Fla., Morningside Elementary School is a part of the St. Lucie County School District.

Provided by YP.comThis school is really horrible. They have allowed a teacher to stay on teaching after Wendy Portillo had all the children in her class right all the bad things they thought of a little 5 year old name Alex. She made them write this, then for his punishment had him sit at the head of the class while these kids read what they wrote about him. You can read it in the paper there.
The principle didn't care that she had totally destroyed this childs self esteem. He sits at home and says he's not special. This is an OUTRAGE.
This woman should have been fired. But after an investigation they decided that it was ok for her to do this to a 5 year old.
What if that were her child. She needs to be FIRED!!!!
