terrys is a real locksmith shop with the knowlege to get the job done right. he was in and out in no time and all my locks work better now and i only have one key instead of three. He only charged me for changing the key cylinder and not taking it off and puting it back on. I recieved a flat rate that he discussed before he came out and it stayed the exact same. What this other guy is talking about i have no clue. go ahead and get other quotes. ill gladdy use terrys again because he stood by his work and gave me information that most wont tell to keep my locks working nice. Thank you all at Terrys lock for a job well done.

I couldn't get my trunk open with the only key I had, he recognized right away that it was a valet key and made me a key that worked. Quite a relief.

This guy charged me 3 times what I could have had the same work done by a real locksmith. He fidle farted around for about 2 1/2 hours to rekey my home. Charged me not only for rekeying the locks but for taking them off an putting them back on. This all after quoting me a flat rate. ll I can say is get a competitive quote. This guys a rip of artist

Terry assisted me at 2:30 AM in the pooring rain. he was able to open my car and make me keys. I was on the road again in a couple of hours
