I am an xbox man, since xbox has come out ive played. Recently, i was given a ps3 and i decided to get a game for the family to play. The game was very cheap because it is an older ps3 game and i bought it used. Being the young, curious person i am i decided to ask a few basic questions about my unfamiliar ps3. Such as: does it play ps2 and ps1 games, how fast is the connection, what games have come out recently for the ps3. The man who answered these questions was very rude about answering them and they were quite vague. He looked at me very rude like i should know the answers to them. Was it because i only bought one game for

10 dollars or was it just because i am young and should already know the answers to these? Either way the store was completely empty of customers and i still seemed like i was not worth this mans time. It is great that you people make millions off of us so please next teach your employees that even young kids matter when it comes to basic questions. This is not the first time ive been rudely addressed here,I wont be coming back and have decided to buy my games off of a non gamestop website. What happened to customer always comes first?
