I have been using this company for many years and have found them to be very professional and prompt. This company has been in business for over 25 years and I can understand why! Great company and they continue to stay on my speed dial!

As this business has a maintenance agreement with Lowe’s, they are surprisingly unprofessional. They quite simply just failed to show up for a scheduled Lowe’s appointment. No calls, no apologies, nothing.



When I called them to enquire about whether they were going to show, the woman was rude and claimed to have called one time that morning and stated the line just rang. (untrue, I have an answering machine and I was home) When I asked why she didn't call again, she told me she was too busy to call back she had other people to reschedule.



I can't believe Lowe's does business with such unprofessional and unreliable people.
