Although they offer a good selection of specialty pies - most notably vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options and fresh, local toppings - they fail to live up to their reputation for superior pizza. Free delivery can't compensate for dry, cracked, and flavorless regular crust that somehow manages to be worse than Domino's old crust, and the whole wheat version is easily the worst I've ever had. Finally, they have historically gotten my online orders wrong as many times (if not more) as not. I wanted to like them, giving them a handful of chances to improve over time, but it was not to be.
