Lyman Moore Middle School serves more than 600 students and employs over 50 teachers. Located in Portland, Maine, the middle school is a part of Portland Public Schools. The middle school provides academic instruction and enrichment programs to students in grades six through eight. The school s core curriculum includes English, reading, math, science, social studies, art, music, physical education, industrial arts, computer applications and family living skills. The middle school offers various sports activities, including basketball and cross country.
