I brought my clothes in to be dry cleaned, they washed them instead and shrank all my slacks and dress shirts.

I bought my drying cleaning & was told a price at time of drop off. Also told it would take a week for them to dry clean 8 shirts 2 pairs of suit pants & a Suit jacket. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning I was told it would be $10.00 more. Because they did alterations to my pants without my knowledge or consent. Wont be going back

Keep track of your receipts! This dry cleaner lost my black cashmere sweater, & when I brought it to their attention, the man threatened to call the police, so when I told him, please do, he really freaked out! Not only that, I realized they were WASHING items that I wanted Dry Cleaned, and they don't press slacks with a crease UNLESS YOU ASK! I thought the woman was nice, but she seriously OVERCHARGES for her alterations. Still, losing my sweater then raising his voice at me was the final straw. & My slacks did shrink a good 1/2 inch in length! BAD.
