The worst experience ever ! That guy didn't know anything . He told me that my screen light was the problem so it took him 3 weeks to get the part . I called them each week, and their first excuse was that the wrong part came in . I called them another week, they made an excuse that they have to re-order it as a used part came in . So after waiting for 3 weeks, I come to pick up my brand new lap top . But then the wifi doesn't work at all , when it has always worked in the past . They broke my wifi and demanded that I pay them another $200 dollars to fix the wifi, even tho they broke it and are responsible for fixing their mistakes . When I came in the third time complaining about the wifi, their worker came to my car tried to set up some sort of garbage deal but I had enough of creepiness from this place . They purposely break stuff so you will continue to keep coming back for a different part fixed, even though it was working before coming to them .

My experience at this store was not me going to buy anything, I went in because I had an item for sale and the employee had me meet him at his work. I went in with a working car stereo then he took it to the back room came out and told me it didnt work and wanted to buy it for pennies on the dollar. I reported him to the main office who had me come in and offered me compensation for my time and lose because of their employee that is ripping people off at their business. Then they asked me not to file a police report on him just so they could get my licence plate and file a false police report. This entire company is a scam and should be put out of business. Now I am filing a police report about the employee and the main store.
