I just wanted to say that we did fix things with Laura. She removed or revised all her other negative postings from other sites but forgot a couple. There was an issue with her car and we took care of it. We at K&M Auto are not always perfect But we are Committed!!

I will never bring my vehicle back to K&M again. It makes sense now, why they would send out flyers for free oil changes and use Groupon as a way to bring in new customers. I brought my van to be repaired. $400.00 later, there is no change, it was not fixed. I took it in for a rattle noise and after looking at it, they said it was a cracked tie-rod . When I went to pick it up after paying 400.00, and after noticing it is not fixed in the slightest I look at the invoice. Now, it says it is the front struts and they want to charge me $588.00 for that PLUS another $89.00 for an alignment that I ALREADY paid for as part of the 400.00. When I called to complain that the van was in the EXACT same condition it was when I brought it in, I was spoken down to and the issue was not resolved. The least they could have done was called me while they had the van on the rack and said we made a mistake, it wasn t the tie rod, it was the struts. I m VERY angry and disappointed and will tell all my friends and family about this you can bet. 80 bucks in parts and 350 for labor for a van that still rattles. I ll be contacting the BBB next. In addition, after reading other reviews I realized that the front desk person gave me the same scare story about how some guy lost his steering with his infant in the car because of a cracked tie rod. good thing my tie rod wasn't ACTUALLY cracked. That was the word she used, but in her file she wrote "loose". This place takes advantage of people. Look around and you will find many other bad reviews.
