ProtoCall Services, located in Portland, Ore., provides behavioral health and emergency services to employee assistance providers, practice groups, community mental health centers and managed care companies. It provides clinical services to customers at its call centers with the aid of mental health professionals. ProtoCall staff has extensive experience of working with public and private mental health systems. It develops systems of care and provides them to a large section of people suffering from various problems and disabilities. It also offers crisis intervention, assessment, and evaluation and counseling services for individuals suffering from trauma and stress-related conditions. It is a member of the American Association of Suicidology and Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
