I used them for years and they were ok until the service guy changed - then went downhill fast - he disconnected my electrical outlet without telling me - I called an electrician to figutre it out, cost $200 - they tried to sell me a new vacumn for about twice what it goes for on Amazon, then they tried to overcharge me for cleaning services to the tune of $1,600 - serviceman left the gate to the pool open TWICE, very unsafe, exposing me to liability - I could go on and on - extremely poor "service", total rip off and when I complained with all these facts to the mgr he tried to blame me. Arrogant and incompetent beyond belief!
