They really need to work on their customer service skills here. No company can stay in business very long if they treat customers bad

What would Prescott do without this place? Any bad reviews online must come from that customer whom we all know will NEVER be happy! Good on ya for shopping at Safeway instead for their breads. More Pangaea for me. :o) I bet the visits to Safeway won't last for long because there's no comparison...you'll come into Pangaea's with your hat and glasses incognito and we'll ALL know who you are. Two star Bakery In Prescott AZ, First off, I have placed several large orders from them in the past. When I went in later to order a few items again, the owner stated "that I did not order that from them", Which is a laughable thing to say to a current customer. I will not be sending them anymore of my business. I ended up going to a Safeway bakery, and purchased several quality cakes. I won't shop at local business that underestimates the value of it's customers. Send other "hard working" local Prescott folks your money, not these rude snobs.

Pangaea, since it opened has been our source for good bread (flavor, nice tooth, crusty outside). Recently it's also been put on our list of favorite places to eat.The food is always great (chicken salad, etc.). The pizza is first class and Nicole and her staff all care and take the time to learn your name.Excellent

Just found this wonderful bakery tucked away in Firehouse Plaza. My husband and I got the Sonoran sandwich (turkey, avocado and bacon). I am so glad we decided to split it ....it was HUGE. We then stuffed ourselves with a delicious piece of blueberry pie. Wish I would have found this place sooner. My new favorite lunch place.
