Recently, I found out that I had a virus on my desktop computer which are used primarily for business. Ultimately, I was unable to even use a computer. I knew that I needed to have it repaired for an affordable amount and with quick turnaround time. Although I considered taking it to Best Buy where I purchased, I found that Prescott Computer was less expensive and could complete the work in the same day which was two days faster than Best Buy. They were very responsive, professional, with exactly the expertise that was required. They've been in business in Prescott, Arizona for about eight years and I can see why. I will be bringing in my laptop for a checkup and the laptop is of my fiancée. I highly recommend that if you are in the northern Arizona area, you seriously consider this business for all of your computer needs. I want to emphasize that I brought my computer in around noon and had it available before 3:30 the same day! I am very particular with where I take my electronics and I only recommend services that have proved their quality and expertise personality.

You have been warned. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Owner is an angry man who couldn't fix a computer to save his life. If you ask any questions they look at you like your an idiot.

I am very satisfied with my new computer I got through Prescott computer. the owner Mike helped me a great deal in educating my knowlegde of how to use my computer and some good tips everyone should know when navagating the internet. I feel he went above and beyond in taking the time to be sure everything was working as smooth as possible. My experience was awesome with Prescott computer, I will continue to do business with them as long as im in the Tri-city area and can only pray to find as good as service when I move. Thanks Prescott computer!

I had Mike, the owner of this business rip me up one side and down the other for something that he didn't even understand. I tried reasoning with the guy, but it was just a one way conversation. I could barely say a word! This guy needs to be on meds. Do not do business with him, trust me!

I just got back from Prescott computer.Mike (the owner) and his wife were rude and not helpful.Business must be good there.They won't get mine.
