Really bad experience. The manager (chad, I think his name was) thinks it's ok to hang up on people, after making them hold for 5 mins. I get he was busy, but all I had was a simple question. I'll never go back

Terrible time

After always having a problem at the local (California MD) store I tried to start shopping at this location because of a return I needed to make. Good note that they took the item back, luckily it was in their normal unopened new game return policy. Other than that I had to answer about 20 questions of why I wanted to bring my game back. Then I was told "you shouldn't have bought such a crappy game in the first place". I don't really need to say more on that comment I'm sure if any of you reading this review were told that you would feel the same way I did. Please do yourself a favor and find a better store to get your games at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Play N Trade.

They are very helpful and accomodating to those of us who are video game challenged.
