This office by far has to be the worst I've ever been too. The problems are not towards my doctor but to the staff. After recieving a phone saying I failed my 1 hour glucose test they said I had to go back in for a 3 hour one and that the lab slip would be at the front desk for me. The day of my test I arrived 20 min early, at the office where this 'receptionist' named Kristen argued with me for 20 mins saying they had given me the slip. I explained that I recieved a phone call ect. After she sighed then walked away to go make a copy she made me late for my lab appointment. Anyone who has taken this test knows that timing is very important.
The following week she came out in the middle of the busy waiting room and announced to everyone I had a balance and needed to set up a payment arrangement. 1.) theres a time and place for everything 2.) thats alittle over the top for only $75. NOT professional at all!! I am currently in the process of changing my OBGYN because of this and im already 30 weeks pregnant!!
