DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE!

I had scheduled for a quote with this business and upon their arrival they were doing somethings to the heater. I had specifically said to them it is just a wire that is not connected properly. Once they fixed that issue they insisted another part needed to be fixed when the heater had already turned on!?!?!

I kindly refused the additional service and compensated them for everything they had already done...THEY LEFT(STOLE) WITH THE IGNITER! After inspecting the heater shortly after they left, I noticed and asked them to return the igniter and they ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL MONEY! I have called the POLICE DEPARTMENT they verified this was a fraud. I had Submitted their information to city hall and all I ask is that this not happen to anyone ELSE! Please save yourself and find another business! Do NOT Trust King's Hardware Co!!
