Provided by YP.comI have been with REMS for a few years now and I have been very happy. I have had a couple of discrepancies on a couple of my monthly statements, however they are willing to look into it and made the correction fairly quickly.

Provided by YP.comI have never had a problem with REMS. I have been a renter in UT for years and they are one of the best management groups I have dealt with. I have lived in the apartment for almost 2 years and it has been smooth sailing the entire time.

Provided by YP.comI have used REMS for almost a year. They manage three residential rental units for me. They are easy to work with and eager to answer questions and fulfil my needs. Their maintenance department shares my vision that maintaining a good, clean, fully functioning rental unit attracts quality tenants, and they work hard to maintain my properties. Their payables and leasing departments are qualified and professional. They answer questions and resolve issues quickly and accurately. I plan to continue my relationship with REMS after my one year contract expires.

Provided by YP.comI am currently an officer in the US Army and stationed out of Utah so I use REMS for my property management needs because they are remarkably easy to work with, which has been an enormous relief after working with our previous property manager. There are several specific things that I've appreciated. I am always able to get hold of someone whenever I need to. REMS always returns calls or emails very quickly. They are easy for the tenant to contact too. REMS takes care of maintenance issues very fast and gives very detailed, precise invoices for work done. We get monthly statements and they always get consent before doing costly repairs. Their price as a property management company is very reasonable and REMS costs for maintenance has always been very reasonable. It really has been a pleasure working with REMS. They are my first choice if we decide to rent our home again and they will be my first recommendation to anyone else considering becoming a landlord.

Provided by YP.comWorking with REMS has been a smooth an pleasant process for me. One of their happy customers actually referred me to them and everything has worked out to my benefit. I only give 4 stars because I have not been with REMS for very long, but they have assisted me in making decisions about my rental that have given me the ability to have tenants in the home faster than I expected. Now I will be the one to refer REMS to anyone I know who needs a management company.

Provided by YP.comAlways a good experience. REMS manages my HOA here where I am a board member. Working with them on certain projects has proved much simpler than other companies in the past. They are always willing to help and maintain an active roll in our community. They are very well organized and a pleasure t work with!

I have had a couple of discrepancies on a couple of my monthly statements, however they were willing to look into it and made the correction fairly quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is how you recover from them that is important and I feel that REMS took care of the problem, and has taken care of me and my property pretty well.

Provided by YP.comI am absolutely shocked that a lot of the other reviews I see are positive. I can't help but think that they are written by Rems personnel because everyone I talked to that has rented from Rems has had a negative experience. We have rented from 7 different owners/management companies and have never had any significant troubles with management until renting from Rems. They were EXTREMELY difficult to work with. I'm not sure if it's because they are dishonest or just incompetent, but either way, they WILL milk you for every penny they can. The secretary is like a bouncer that won't let you talk to any of the employees personally. She gave me answers to my questions that were contradictory to language in the lease (as did the maintenance personnel). The maintenance treated my wife as if she was stupid for calling them, then they charged us $50 for a 3 minute repair, no exaggeration. It takes many emails and calls to get a response from anyone. We left it FAR cleaner than we found it, and only got 1/2 our deposit back. Take note of every flaw on the check-in form, keep your emails, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY--they will charge you for anything that they can, then expect you to just give up trying to get your $ back as you jump thru their hoops!
