ABSOLUTE JERK! I called to ask if they cut down trees and he said with a cocky tone in his voice "Well yeah - that's what we DO!" Then I explained I was just looking for a ballpark figure - not an estimate - because I have a 30 ft tree in my yard, about 15 feet from my house. He said to give him my address. I didn't, because I didn't ask him to come to my house, I just wanted to know a ballpark figure - and told him I didn't know if this sort of thing cost $200 or $500 or $1,000, and before I had someone come out here, I wanted some idea of cost to have the work done so I could decide if I was even going to do it. When I didn't give him my address and tried - again - to explain I just wanted a very general idea of cost ($200 or $2,000?) he YELLED at me, "Don't get bitchy over the phone!" and then yelled at me that if I want to know the range of what it costs to take a tree down I can call around! I hadn't gotten "bitchy" - I never raised my voice or used any tone of voice, I was just trying to get the most basic information so I could make a decision about moving forward -or not - with some work at my house. ABSOLUTELY RUDE, LOUD, OBNOXIOUS JERK!

We were very impressed with there performance. Their equipment can do any job around. Their clean up was like no job was ever done. All the neighbors were all out watching. Quite a show.

Dave's Professional Tree Service Inc is the best in West Michigan. If you use the other guys you might end up with your end up. That will grind your stump!
