Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Sold me the correct bike for me without regard for price, even though I was willing to spend more if it would have been a better choice for me. Location is very convenient, as are the hours they are open. I would recommend that anyone looking to either purchase a new, or service an existing bicycle at least visit Bicycle Concepts and give them a shot to solve your problems.
