I work within integrated care/behavioral health in the Blessing Health System. I work with patients (ages 18 and up) to process, cope, adjust, manage, and coordinate care for mental health related issues. I enjoy working with individuals as they navigate concerns related to perinatal mental health, substance use, life adjustments, and chronic stress/anxiety/depression. It is one of the greatest privileges to walk alongside individuals towards healing and stability.
