This beautiful building was expanded and renovated in 2001. It is the main library in Quincy. There is a parking lot just for the library on the Washington Street side. The children's room looks like a kids and parents dream come true. They are open 'till 9PM Monday to Thursday. They have interesting events.



BUT, this is not the place to go if you want to concentrate or study. People talk on their cell phones even though there are signs that say "no cell phones". People have normal conversations within a few feet of somone who came to get work done.
