Provided by YP.comWe were very very disappointed with this A/C repair man. The control board in the outside unit was faulty, this guy replaced the new control board (just a half hour job). The cost of the control board was $80~$90. We finally received a bill with the amount over $400! This guy charged 2 hour labor (with the rate $70/hour) just for driving to Richmond (round trip) to buy the parts! The worst service guy we have ever met.
