I used to like going there. They have gone down in the past year. Service is not important to them. Servers argue infront of customers. It always smells of stagnant water. I don't need all that when I come there. I will not be back....ever!!

I only gave one star because there isn't a 'zero' star rating. Our server was helpful and friendly but the hostess and other staff seemed unfriendly and unhappy. I smelled dirty mop water once inside and even our table, seats and menus smelled like a dirty mop. I was afraid to see the bathroom so I didn't go there. The lettuce on my sandwich was soggy, the cheese was greasy and my onion rings were mushy. I asked for mustard and the server brought two little packs. My husband and I had sour stomachs for the rest of the afternoon. We will not be going back and I would not recommend this applebees to anyone.

This place is so full of cigarette smoke you can't see across the table. Do yourself a favor and drive the 10 minutes to Elizabethtown where all the restaurants are smoke free.

Love Applebee's but this particular restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Have tried it several times since it is the closest "nice" restaurant, food is not real good and service is worse. Even found a bug in my salad and they did not offer to refund money, only to get me a new salad.

you never know about these somewhat overpriced chains. But this place has good atmosphere and customer service, even at busy times. If something isn't right, they make it so.
