My son was turned away twice. We are new to the area & needed a new Ped cardiologist. At the first scheduled appointment they did not have the medical records from his previous dr. The second appointment there was unexpected traffic & we were 15 minutes late. So my son still has not been seen in this state. He missed classes both times & my husband had to rearrange his work schedule so we could go. I've never been to a dr who was less interested in seeing patients.

Absolutely disgusted with this "practice". My 2 yr old daughter had a 10 am appointment this morning to check on a heart murmur. My wife arrived with her at 10:02 and these "doctors" REFUSED to see her. Flat out refused because she was "late". I'm so glad to see these "doctors" care so damn much for their patients. I would never recommend this practice to ANYONE!

This doctor would not allow my service dog in his office. I was refused treatment after waiting almost a year for a follow up appointment. He said he didn't allow "pets" or "dogs". Federal law says he has to allow service dogs in.

Our initial visit to this office was great but recent interactions with the scheduling and office staff showed an extreme lack of caring, organization and professionalism. Staff member Mallory cancelled an appointment for my son (he needed asap for medication management) on a week I was off from work. I made her aware that a reschedule had to be the same week due to me starting a new job the next week. I was assured when they cancelled that it would be possible and they would call me back. Besides not calling me back (I had to contact them each day asking to be rescheduled and called a total of 6 times) And then no one was available to reschedule (called all different times of the day) and finally at the end of the week was told oh we may not be able to get you in until MAY (this was in February!). The lack of caring was disappointing since it was made clear this was urgently needed for a child's medication management. Take your child to an office that actually cares.

I made a couple of appointments for my son but had to cancel and reschedule due to conflicting events, Since I rescheduled four times they will not see my son as a new patient. We always rescheduled in advance. What kind of practice is this. Does it always need to be about the money? This is a very rigid stance to take. I would think twice before I would use them based on their actions. Why did you not tell this policy to someone in advance. You want prospective patients to cancel or reschedule in advance so when a patient does then you black list them. Think twice before using this practice.
