I met with Mr Adams and after giving full disclosure concerning my problem Mr. Adams informed me that the retainer would be $3500 and he would take $500 down. I met with his paralegal 1 week later and she said the minimum down would be $1500. I explained to her the conversation I had with Mr. Adams so she left to contact and verify with Mr. Adams. When she returned she said due to the complexity of the case the amount down was to be $1500. Mr Brent Adams was fully aware of the "complexity" when I met with him and he quoted me the original down payment of $500 but he would not accept that down payment and I am left without representation.
