Provided by YP.comOwner of the shop is Tiffany; however, some of the shop's staff can not communicate which is problem. Had nice nails (went in every week for a manicure) until the owner suggested that I get gel on my nails to keep the polish on longer. My nails were healthy and strong. At first rejected the suggestion;however, after several suggestions from the owner and staff members I agreed to gel nails (was told over and over that gel would not damage my natural nails). After 10 months I wanted to take off the gel so I could polish my own nails and give them a rest from the gel. Little did I know that my nails would be ruined. The owner started on my nails removing the gel and had to leave and left me to another staff member (Fin). After Fin completed my pedicure (which was nice) he proceeded to fininsh my removal of the gel. Using the electronic file, Fin filed my natural nails paper thin to the point of cracking my name in various spots. I went back to discuss with the owner and she suggested that Icome back to her and she would put another gel overly on my nails until my nails grow out and become stronger. Ok, I had nice nails, you ruined my nails with gel overly and filing with the electronic file and you want me to re-do the gel overly again to make my nails stronger (she did offer me a discount to get the gel again) and a discount to come back for a fill-in. Issue - did the staff member file my nails to ruins (they also hurt to touch) or did the gel product ruin my nail. Communication is the key to understanding the needs and wants of your client. Don't just take money and give bad service.
