I purchased a Modspace modular unit outright in Nov. 2016. The unit delivery date was delayed multiple weeks. At time of the delivery, I was told by the install foreman that my delay was due to air conditioning problems. Modspace had replaced the units before bringing me my building. After the building and power were setup, we tested the A/C units and neither unit worked. They also both made very loud screeching noises. I had two different A/C companies come look at the units. One company said the units were so bad they wouldn't even work on them and the other company said, "whoever sold you these units knew what they were giving you," indicating Modspace had given me units that were in terrible condition. They can't even find parts for the units Modspace gave me. Modspace has refused to help in any way. Even getting a response to my messages has proved difficult until I messaged the corporate Modspace office. The company claimed "no warranty," but I was assured upon purchase that my units would be operational and in good working condition. BUYER BEWARE. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
