This is probably the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They do not handle any tenant requests. 6 months and they haven't solved issues that were discussed before I moved in. They will promise the moon and ignore you until you annoy them into giving you another deadline that they will miss.



I wouldn't rent from these people if they offered the same square footage for half the price as a competitor. Do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease with them.
