The Raleigh location is the worse I have ever experienced and I have been to two other locations! Do not go here if you have a life! They will lose your chart and the information in it that is confidential! How do u lose someone confidential information! This site is appointment only but you still have to wait 5 to 6 hours to donate! They give new and transfer donors a very hard time and they make you wait so long that you get tired, sleepy and hungry! It's a disgrace! You will spend a half of day just waiting not including the actual donation process; maybe they will improve or get better staff!

This center has employees who are way to slack about their job. You now have to sign a forum stating if you develop serious health risks or die from the donation your family cant sue the company. Sounds like pride for donor huh! The incompetent employees work while laughing, and joking around about donor that have complications. I have been bruised badly from a donation because the "certified" employee didn't know what he was doing. I recently stopped donating after i saw a lady donate after she was bragging about just coming out of a coma and that she had passed the screening process to allow her to donate. Professional....
