I have visited this location previously and my issue was resolved with out any problems or situations occurring. Two years later I'm being told by AT&T near my home that I should visit that store one more time to have my phone swapped out under my warranty no problem. Yesterday I went back to the location and the female who was in the front never greeted me as I walked up to the counter still didn't speak until I asked her how was her day and she asked what did I need. As soon as I told her my situation she immediately said we can't help you was very rude and had a bad attitude I've THEN contacted AT&T and resolve my issue through the warranty department over the phone no problems at all. The ladies that worked on 6/25/15 at that office are very rude and have no customer service once so ever!! Very bad for business.
