I have worked here in the past, and I have to say, they always go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest to a fault, and will always give you straight answers. On multiple occasions I've witnessed them undercharge customers, or dig around for used parts to try and save people money. This is hands down the place to go for computer repair, or help with related issues/questions.

When our computer had a virus we were upset and confused. Thats when we found Hardparts and I have to admit we were a bit of a pain because there was a bit of confusion, but in the end we were very satisfied, my computer is back to normal if not better,and they simply got the job done.
