Got a Motorola Force for my upgrade. Got it home and it didn't work. I live over an hour away from the nearest Verizon store so called to see if they could do something over the phone. Nope. So took it back 3 days later, the girl wouldn't listen to me that something was wrong. She updated it and sent it home. Got home and it didn't work. Went back 2 days later she insisted nothing was wrong with the phone. After talking to Verizon tech she admitted that it was defective. But she wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have the sleeve for the box. Which she never gave me when I got the phone. So I had to go through warranty and get a refurbished phone. When the new phone got to me it was taken back to the store where the manager was asked to take the$25 screen I had purchased off the nonworking phone and put it on the one that worked. She said if it broke it wasn't her problem. So I have a used phone,bubbled screensaver, and cracked new otter box. Lousy service and snotty people.
