I bought a vehicle from Raymond service center and the extended warranty they sale. They switched the warranty company with out telling me to a service that far less coverage then I agreed to and paid a 1003.00. I had to take the vehicle back 5 times from the Skowhegan area to Raymond. The first couple of time was because of the wrong struts were put on the vehicle and it took that many times to figure it out, then I had to wait until they knew if they was going to be able to exchange for the correct part, Then I had to go back down to have them replaced. when I took my vehicle for an alignment they called raymonds and told them the tie rod was bad which I was not informed of until I called the tire shop that the vehicle was pulling. when I called eric he agreed that he was told about this. I tried working with eric on the refund of the warranty but he has done nothing but give empty promises. I am now taking my issue to the state attorney generals office .
