My car was at a transmission repair place in lafayette. We then got a call from a repair place in hammond saying my car had just arrived. We did not request a tow to hammond. This tow service lacked the five minutes it took to make sure to tow the correct car two hours away. Literally your job is to tow vehicles as contracted. Not any vehicle of that make and model.

Do not consider getting any work done here, these people are dishonest crooks. My car broke down here and required a new fuel pump, and as a young foreigner they completely took advantage of me, charging me $700 to replace the pump with what I later found out to be an old part held together with a zip tie. The car was never even running properly once they told me the repair procedure was complete, but they assured me that this lack of proper functionality was simply "air bubbles getting worked out of the line" and that I should simply drive further west and it would come good. This was a complete lie, as a AAA certified mechanic later told me, as my car broke down again in Texas, this 'new' fuel pump having stopped working after under a week. As the folks at Cormier requested I sent the fuel pump back for a warranty replacement, but they kept it, refused to send me any reimbursement and now refuse to even pick up my calls. As a young traveler I have told them that I don't have a lot of money, having saved up for years to do a cross country trip across Australia, but they don't seem to care, they are simply dodgy mechanics looking to rip off unassuming customers. You will regret getting any work done here, I promise.
