Bought tires from Randy through Pep Boy's Raynham and set up an appointment to have them done at 1pm on a Saturday. Was early for the appointment, gave the keys and went next door(jockey club) for lunch while the tires were to be done. Came back 1.5 hrs later, and the car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. Tires weren't done being put on until 4pm. Won't get my business again.

Pep boys customer service is really terrible!
I went there for a warranty replacement on a product, they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt and they can't use your name or phone number which is BS because they ask for a phone number when you buy the item! I was being polite the whole time and the guy was being sarcastic and rude and Really terrible customer service never going back again! I would choose AUTOZONE they have really good service and prices are cheap too!

I have been a Pep Boys customer for years. I love their prices on tires and brakes. Plus they are co-located with their auto parts store so no wait to get most parts and get it installed. They are open weekends but it gets busy so I prefer weekdays,

In the past 6 months, my college aged daughter has brought her 2001 Saturn SC2 to Pep Boys in Raynham for a "service engine" light. On both occasions, Pep Boys reset the light for no charge with a probable diagnosis and words of advice on what to do if the light should appear again. This day and age, it is common place to hear of garage mechanics and service managers charging unsuspecting customers for unnecessary repairs and/or inflating service bills. This is most certainly not my experience with Pep Boys. As a retired Public Safety officer and, more importantly, a father of college aged children that drive older vehicles, I am enlightened to know that Pep Boys of Raynham does not engage in such practices. I am impressed with the service they provide and the manner in which they provide it. Fair and honest. I shall continue to patronize Pep Boys of Raynham. Thank you Service Manager, Randy. This is the first time I went to pepboys, for a tire losing air. I was told the problem was a tire sensor being loose/broken; they replaced it. Several days later I had the same issue. Second time they had the car all day w/o resolve. Gen Mgr took car of me and refunded money. Had to bring the car somewhere else. Never again.
