Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE customer service. Will not offer a credit on parts. To order the correct part they would have made more money but it was a no go. I just bought my house and want to upgrade all of my appliances. I wanted to shop local but after my experience I would rather go to a chain that is willing to work with their customers.
