I agree 150% with the previous post. They are down right rude on the phone and IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment with. Since I've been vocal with others regarding this place I have come to learn that this is a terrible practice.

if only a zero star rating was an option... i've been coming here for about 4 years. the people who work there are rude and always give me attitude when i call to speak to my doctor about something. in the past year i have called for 4 different reasons and wasn't able to speak to my doctor for any of them. the receptionist told me to call someone else. i didnt realize if you had questions about birth control and anti-depressants that you had to call someone other than your PCP- even my therapist was shocked at this and told me to get a new PCP. if youre thinking about switching your doctors to here- DON'T. they aren't any help and they're all RUDE.
