There is nothing 'honorable' about Timothy Rowley. We are grandparents who wanted visitation with our granddaughters, girls whose lives we've been in since day 1. He allowed CYS to present falsified reports, lies, slanderous comments and false accusations about us in court and ended our visits WITHOUT giving us a chance to defend ourselves and PROVE CYS made these items up which we were FULLY prepared to do. Actually, he said if we insist on having the trial we're entitled to, he's still going to halt our visits based on CYS's MANY lies. He was informed NUMEROUS times we still wanted our trial, yet he then refused to schedule it. He is a vile man and a disgrace to his profession.
