Gary towed a lamborghini and busted his $30k bumper. He told the driver that his (Gary's) insurance will cover it and there is nothing to worry about. Next day garys insurance company told the driver Gary had told him he didn't cause any damage and he didn't know what the driver was talking about. Before you post these are different companies your website clearly promotes both and clearly its the same owner.

Don't go to Gary's. They worked on my brothers truck after an accident and did a terrible job. Bolts are missing and new parts were bent to make it fit.The insurance company and the state bar were contacted and found Gary's Auto was at fault. That was almost 2 years ago and Gary's has not made restitution for the damaged that was caused.
They blamed my brother for their poor work. My brother is a disabled vet but they blamed him instead of taking responsibility of their work.
They have been stalling and have never made offers to remedy the situation. I know the whole story because I take care of my brother because of his condition.
My brother had a stroke 6 months after and Gary's is just playing games now.

Gary deserves 5 stars and reviews such as I hit a deer are hard for me to believe and are usually written by a competitor or a disgruntled customer who the estimator refused to help make a fraudulent claim by including previous or non-related damage in the estimate to help them cover their deductible.

I have been in this business for over 45 years with 21 years in business for myself, as a competitor to Gary and including 2 years working for Gary and I can tell you when a legitimate body shop tells someone you will not steal money from an insurance company and give it to them, they are not happy. I hit a deer’s claim, just did not happen. Gary’s detail man details every repair inside and out including under the hood.

I had the worst experienceI hit a deer with my brand new SUV 2011 ,when I pick up the car from them almost a week after I was first told it was to be ready, there was white wax plater all inside of my vehicle inside the door wells on the console ,dash & windows then I really started to look close at the paint, oh man I could see two different colors, Drips and Runs ,then noticed that the new grill they put on was broken... So back to the shop 2nd time they promised me that they would clean up all the wax mess and fix the horrible paint and replace the broken grill. Another week in the shop they fixed the grill the paint is better but would never ever recommend them to fix and paint a even a toy car. TWO thumbs down Horrible Horrilbe .... :( They don't deserve even one star !

Gary's Auto Body is one of a kind!

Gary's took all the worry and stress out of my major collision repair the minute I sat down. I was far away from home with no one to rely on. Their friendly staff made me feel right at home with a cup of coffee & home made pie. They restored my vehicle's function, appearance and safety, all to my satisfaction. To top it all.....they also completely detailed my car inside and out! I am one happy customer ! Gary's Auto Body is a great example of a customer service oriented business in Red Bluff.
