Four member of our family stay the night and found the rooms to be generally clen but one of the bed looked like the sheets had not been changed. I was unable to locate any staff to assist me with cleann bedding as it was after 10pm. I loacted the laundry room , found clean sheedts and made up the bed. My husband went to use the hot tub and it foamed and emitted an algae smell. Whe we complained at checkout the staff told us that because we booked though hotwire .com we already had a discounted rate so we shouldn't complain. Definatley not a place that we would ever stay in again
