Carol Howard, EMT started Carol Howard training center in 1984, training thousands of people every year. In 1999 Carol purchased Cottonwood Driving School. A Plus Safety LLC is a consolidation of the two companies. A Plus has added online traffic school and online driver education courses. We also expanded to sell AED's and first aid kits and supplies.
