Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service.... Rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. Went in at the referral of a local car dealership to have a second vehicle key made...left with vehicle electrical problems. I realize this is Redding, however, a pleasant customer service is paramount if you are looking for return customers. Don't go there....
